To Business Partners

As a member of the GomunoInaki Group, Ainak aims to fulfill its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in accordance with Gomunoinaki's corporate philosophy.
Ainak procures a variety of products, goods, and services from external sources in order to provide to our customers.
Therefore, we believe that it is essential for our business partners to understand our company's philosophy and to support and cooperate with our procurement activities.
Your understanding of Ainak's procurement activities as well as your cooperation in promoting CSR would be greatly appreciated.

Relationship with (our) Business Partners

Ainak is aiming to grow and prosper together with business partners by establishing a "partner" relationship based on our mutual trust.
We believe that the following conditions are necessary in order to establish a "partner" relationship.

* Create a safe and healthy working environment
* Developing and manufacturing environment friendly products.
* Having a solid management foundation
* Possess high technical capabilities to make proposals to customers
* Capable to continous supplying of products with appropriate quality
* Capable to supply products with competitive price
* Possess capabilities to accommondate to supply right amount and to meet J.I.T. (Just-in-time).

Q (Quality)
Ainak will strive to work collaboratively with our business partners based on our mutual understanding to ensure quality of products from the viewpoints of "customer-focused" and "customer satisfaction".
In order to ensure quality, we kindly request for your cooperation in enhancing quality assurance system from order receipt to sales and the thoroughness of quality control.

C (Cost)
The prices of the products (parts) supplied by our business partners have a significant impact on the price competitiveness of Ainak's products (parts).
We expect highly competitive prices in the market, proactive and continuous proposal for price reduction and rationalization activities.
We place a particular emphasis on price reductions on joint VE proposals, therefore we would like to ask for your cooperation.

D (Delivery)
Ainak's customers' order quantity and delivery requirements fluctuate day to day, however we need to respond to the change quickly.
We expect our business partners to strictly manage delivery schedules through maintaining close communication with Ainak and having a supply capacity that is resistant to fluctuations.

We would like to ask our business partners to fully understand the concepts of the "GomunoInaki Charter of Conduct" and to promote business activities in accordance with it.

Compliance I


Legal Compliance

Compliance with laws, regulations and the spirit of the law of each country and its region
Implement policies, systems, action guidelines, reporting systems, education and other mechanisms to ensure compliance.

Managment and Protection of Confidential Information

Trade secrets and confidential information are rigidly controlled and appropriately handled its use.
We shall obtain confidential information of other companies from legitimate sources in a legitimate manner,
checking the scope of its use and other conditions, using only within the scope allowed, maintaining confidentiality and not infringe on the rights of other companies.

Protection of Intellectual Property
Protect and pay close attention to ensure that intellectual property rights owned by or belonging to our company are not infringed by third parties.
We will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties, including the unauthorized acquisition or use of patents, utility model・designs ・trademarks, or unauthorized copying of software or books (publications).

Compliance II


Competition Laws

We will not engage in any conduct that violates the competition laws of each country, such as private monopolies, cartels, bid rigging, unfair trade practices, abuse of a superior bargaining position, or other unfair restraints on trade.

Export Transaction Control

In accordance with laws and regulations related to export transaction control, we will confirm whether products and technologies to be exported are restricted items or not, and thoroughly control them by preparing and providing the relevant documents.

Anti-corruption

We will make political contributions and donations in accordance with the laws of each country and strive to build transparent and fair relationships with political and administrative bodies.
We do not engage in giving or receiving entertainment, gifts, and money to or from customers, suppliers, or other business partners for the purpose of acquiring undue benefits or wrongful preferential treatment.
We will not have any relationship with antisocial forces or groups that threaten the order and safety of civil society.

Elimination of Discrimination

No discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, gender, or other characteristics that should be protected in each country in all aspects of employment, including application, hiring, promotion, compensation, the right to receive an education, job assignments, benefits, disciplinary actions, termination, and retirement.

Respect for Human Rights

We do not tolerate any form of harassment on the grounds of individuality, which should be protected in the above countries.
Verbal, visual, or physical conduct directed at an employee that interferes with performance, offends dignity, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment is considered harassment.
We will immediately report and investigate complaints of harassment and allow employees to report complaints without fear of retaliation, intimidation or harassment.

Child Labor

No child labor shall be used.
The minimum age for employment is 15 years old, the minimum age for employment under the applicable laws of each country, or the age for completing compulsory education, whichever is the highest.
Employees under 18 years of age shall not be employed in hazardous and harmful work.
Vocational training and apprenticeships are allowed only to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations of each country.

Forced Labor

No forced labor.
We ensure that all work is voluntary and that employees are free to leave.
We do not require employees to surrender their passports, official government-issued identification, or work permits as a condition of employment.
Employees shall be hired legally.

Wages

Provide legally required benefits to employees in compliance with local applicable laws regarding minimum wages, overtime, deductions, piece work wages, and other benefits.
Clear and timely details of salary and other benefits, welfare benefits, and deductions are provided to employees in compliance with local applicable laws and regulations.

Working Hours

Comply with applicable laws in each country that governing employee working hours including overtime.
